1. Informational use only. Content is for general information and media literacy. It is not legal, financial, investment, or political advice, and it is not a recommendation to take or avoid any action.
2. Third-party content. Headlines, excerpts, timestamps, and articles come from third-party outlets. We do not control their reporting, and displaying a pair does not mean we endorse either outlet's account. Always use Read full article to review the original.
3. Labels and matching. Left/Right labels and story pairs are approximate comparison aids produced with AI assistance and human review. They are not certifications of accuracy, completeness, neutrality, or bias. Matches and labels can be wrong; please tell us at hello@leftvsright.news.
4. Our content vs theirs. We do not claim ownership of third-party headlines, excerpts, or articles. Publishers retain their rights. Our site design, selection and arrangement of pairs, framing notes (where shown), branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors.
5. Takedown and complaints. If you believe content should be removed or corrected (including copyright concerns), email hello@leftvsright.news with enough detail for us to locate the item. We will review good-faith requests.
6. Acceptable use. Do not scrape, overload, attack, or misuse the site in ways that harm the service, other users, or violate law. Automated access that degrades the site or republishes our pages at scale without permission is not allowed.
7. "As is" service. The site is provided as is and as available. We may change, pause, correct, or remove content or features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect matches, or that framing notes are complete.
8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site.
